ECIS Workshop: Bridge to the World

We organize workshops on languages and cultures in the world. These workshops provide opportunities to exchange views with lectures from on and of the campus, and other participants from various parts of the world. Some programs are designed for international students to understand Japanese cultures and societies.

Co-organized by NU Language shower volunteer committee

This program is for those who have the basic knowledge of a foreign language but are not confident of command over it. If there are more than 2 people who wish to practice the same foreign language, we will make groups of the language.The basic knowledge of the foreign language is necessary.

The works made in the ECIS Workshop on Japanese Calligraphy and Arabic Calligraphy will be exhibited in the gallery on campus (Admission free).

You can register two weeks before each session at ECIS #204 or e-mail: adv@ecis.nagoya-u.ac.jp. Please specify the date & topic you wish to participate in, your name, affiliation, and contact tel/e-mail.  Due to the capacity of the room and available materials, the number of participants for each session may be limited.

*Family members over 18 years old and Japanese staff and students are also welcome.



INFORMATION
ECIS lecture room #201 has been reserved for the Workshop from 14:45 to 16:15 every Tueseday.
We are plannning to offer other opportunities where everybody can express oneself or discover something new in a free atomosphere  through various activities. If you have any  ideas or suggestion, please let us know!
