Please submit a
“Permission for registering Japanese Language Course” to Room 406 or 408 at the
ECIS center within a fixed period of time.
「受講登録書・受講承諾書」の提出先は留学生センター4階406号室、または408号室です。
※Notes 注意事項
１）When registering
for enrollment, please note that in addition to Internet registration, it is necessary
to submit the Registration of Enrollment Form and the Permission for
registering Japanese Language Course. However, those enrolling only in online
Japanese courses, students on EJ and AJ courses who belong to ECIS, and
students of NUPACE do not need to submit these documents.
受講登録は、インターネットの登録とあわせて「受講登録書・受講承諾書」の提出も必要ですので、ご注意ください。ただし、オンライン日本語コースのみを受講する者、ECIS所属の日本語研修生と日本語・日本文化研修生、NUPACEの学生は提出する必要がありません。
２）Placement tests
are necessary for those enrolling in standard courses(SJ courses) and intensive
courses(IJ courses). Those who are enrolling in courses other than these do not
need to take a placement test.
プレースメントテストが必要なのは標準コース（ＳＪコース）または集中コース（ＩＪコース）を受講する者です。それ以外のコースを受講する者はプレースメントテストを受ける必要がありません。
３）Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
締切日以降の申込みは受け付けません。
４）In the event
that it is necessary for you to delay coming to Japan, then the teaching staff
can carry out the Internet registration on your behalf. In this case, please
submit the Registration of Enrollment Form and the Permission for
registering Japanese Language Course directly when
you arrive in
やむをえず渡日が遅れる場合は、受入教員などが代理でインターネットの登録を行うことができます。その場合、「受講登録書・受講承諾書」は本人が渡日した後に直接提出してください。ただし、渡日が5月以降になる場合は受入できません。
５）All applicants are required to show some form of
identification document (ex. student ID card) to their teachers at the first
lessons.
最初の授業の際、名古屋大学の学生証、在学証明書、在職証明書など、身分を証明できるものを必ず持参してください。持参しなかった者は受付けません。
６）The introductory classes(IR100/IR200,JC100/JC200,GL100/GL200,TJ100/TJ200), Business Japanese course, Kanji course are taught entirely in Japanese and participants are required to have attained at least level two (N2 or N3) of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, or equivalent.
入門講義（IR100/IR200,JC100/JC200,GL100/GL200,TJ100/TJ200）、ビジネス日本語コース、漢字コースはすべて日本語で行います。日本語能力試験2級合格以上（N2または N3）と同程度の日本語能力が必要です。
７）Students are required to check the class list and purchase
textbooks from the Nanbu Co-op before classes commence.
教科書は南部生協書籍部で事前に購入してください。

Please obtain 3 CDs in the first class.
If you buy it from the lecturer it costs only 1000 yen.
Normally it costs 4800yen at the bookshop.

ＣＤ(3枚）は最初のクラスで1000円で買ってください。生協で買うと4800円します。)
